Apple files patent to lock any iOS device

It seems that Apple, in an attempt to both secure your iDevice and put an end to jail-breaking any iOS device, has filed a patent to do just that. With the popularity of all things iOS driven it seems only logical that Apple would try to protect it's technology from would be hackers, and if need be, us.
